MIAMI (March 25, 2016) – The No. 49-ranked FIU women's tennis team will host the Brown Bears (11-5) on Sunday, March 27, in the final home match of the 2016 season. First serve is set for 12:00 p.m.
Admission to Sunday's match is free to the public.
Prior to the contest, FIU will recognize its two seniors,
Kaitlin Brozovich and
Carlotta Orlando, who will be playing in the final home match of their Panther careers.
FIU comes into Sunday's match with a 13-2 record, having already equaled their win total from a year ago.
Sunday will mark the eighth meeting all-time between the two teams with the Bears holding a 4-3 edge in the series history. The last meeting between the two teams resulted in a 4-3 win for the Panthers on March 28, 2014, in Miami, Fla.
