MIAMI (March 29, 2019) - The FIU softball team will host North Texas this weekend, as the Panthers face the Mean Green in a three-game series.
FIU and North Texas will play a doubleheader on Saturday, with first pitch set for 4 p.m. ET. Sunday's first pitch is set for 1 p.m. ET.

LAST TIME OUT
The Panthers dropped three to Middle Tennessee in Murfreesboro, Tennessee as FIU hit the road for the first time in Conference USA play.
IN THE CIRCLE
Megan Kugelmann leads the Panthers in the circle, after earning a 6-4 record thus far. The senior has pitched 82.2 innings and owns a team-low 2.46 ERA.
AT THE PLATE
Jackie Schoff leads the Panthers at the plate, with the senior averaging .346 with 18 runs, 36 hits (tied for third in C-USA) and nine RBIs. Schoff has collected three doubles, three triples and seven walks.
Natalie Orcutt leads the team in RBIs after batting in 19 on the year followed by
Jessica Rivera who owns 18 RBIs.
UP NEXT
After a three-game series at home against North Texas, the Panthers will head out on a short road trip to Boca Raton to face FAU on April 6-7.
